How do I create a Spotless Cincinnati Account?

To create a Spotless Cincinnati account, simply click here, or select the “Login” option on the menu of this page. From there, find the text at the bottom of the page that says “Sign Up”. Select that, and you’re good to go! Still can’t seem to find what you’re looking for? Just give us a call, we would be glad to help.

Do you service my area?

We service the majority of the Cincinnati area. If you are concerned that your home may not be in our service area, give us a call! We’d be glad to help.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How much will it cost?

Our price is determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. If you would like any of the additional cleaning services we provide as extras, select them during booking, and it will automatically adjust the price. If you have a finished basement that you would like included in your cleaning, select is as an extra service during booking.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, yes, and yes. Getting your home cleaned through Spotless Cincinnati can quite literally be done from your couch. Simply book online, and we will show up on the booking date with ALL of the necessary equipment to clean your home. If you would like a specific cleaning product to be used, simply supply the product to our cleaning team, and we can accommodate!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can always request any of the additional features we offer when you book your appointment. If you are a reoccurring customer with us already, simply reach out by email or phone, and let us know the extra services you desire. We will perform the extra service on your next booking, and adjust your price accordingly.

Booking with us is super simple!! Simply click HERE, and you’ll go directly to our booking page. You can book literally in 60 seconds, and just like that, your cleaning worries are over!

How can I view my Spotless Cincinnati credits?

You can log into your account using the “Login” link on the menu of this page. From there you can view any credits on your account, book a cleaning, purchase gift cards, among other things!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Remember, our moto is that your happiness is 200% guaranteed! If you aren’t satisfied with your appointment, simply reach out and let us know what went wrong. We will come re-clean your home for free. If you still aren’t happy, we will refund your money. We are fully insured and bonded; if something were to be broken, document the damages, and reach out to us.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Your billing information is 1000% secure with us. We use 256-bit SSL encryption in order to make sure your information never goes anywhere it shouldn’t.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All Spotless Cincinnati employees are required pass a background check at the time of hiring. We value your safety and security highly; we take every effort to make sure you, your family, and your home are in good, safe hands.
